QUESTION: I am a reseller. How do I go about purchasing services from DW WiFi?
ANSWER:   DW WiFi is a 'Value Added' Reseller and hence can not offer competitive pricing to other reseller customers. We can and do, however, offer our Wireless Professional Services and support to reseller customers. Please call and we will be happy to discuss the services we offer. It is important to stress that DW WiFi always protects the interests of its reseller customers and will sign a 'Non Disclosure Agreement' to this effect.
QUESTION: I am an end user. How do I go about purchasing services from DW WiFi?
ANSWER:   DW WiFi prides itself in offering free advice to its end user customers to ensure we can offer an appropriate solution. We therefore recommend telephone calls to enable us to assess your requirements and hence propose an appropriate solution. If we don't have the products or expertese to help we are often able to put you in touch with another supplier who can.
QUESTION: I am a reseller customer but have wish to maintain confidentiality of my end user customers. How does DW WiFi handle this sensitive area?
ANSWER:   DW WiFi will sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) without hesitation. Our objectives are to understand the requirements and then operate under some agreed guidelines.
QUESTION: I have an existing wireless data capture system that is currently unsupported and we are having issues, can you help?
ANSWER:   Please call us and we will assess your issues over the telephone. We can then make a judgement on whether or not we are able to help. If the issue appears to be related to the wireless network we will provide a quotation to visit site to conduct a WiFi Trouble-Shooting visit. We will require you to complete a WiFi Pre-Trouble-Shooting Questionnaire to enable us to make appropriate preparations in order to make maximum use of the visit. We will produce a comprehensive Trouble-Shooting report detailing our findings and, where applicable, recommending ongoing actions.
QUESTION: We have an existing wireless network and believe we have radio coverage issues.
ANSWER:   Please call us and we will assess your issues over the telephone. Symptoms can often be misleading resulting in a false diagnosis of coverage issues. In such cases it is unclear as to whether your site will benefit from another WiFi Site Survey or a WiFi Trouble-Shooting visit. Where we suspect the latter we can offer the flexibility of attending site and will take the appropriate step having assessed the symptoms first hand.
